  2. multiple-entry visa, valid 3-6 months for $60 fee or 12 months for $115 fee; transit
  3. visa $6.  Visas require No Objection Certificate from Qatar Ministry of
  4. Interior, 2 application forms, 2 photos and SASE for return of passport
  5. by mail.  Business visa must be obtained through sponsor in Qatar.  AIDS
  6. test required for work and student visas; U.S. test accepted if within 3
